BMX Rider Performs World’s First Triple Back Flip

By John Farrier in Living, Sports, Video Clips on Jun 1, 2011 at 7:33 pm

Jed Mildon, 24, of New Zealand became the first BMX rider to perform a triple backflip. He gained the necessary momentum by riding down a 20 meter ramp, then up a 3.6 meter ramp, which launched him into the air. You can watch a video (self-starting) of his feat at the link.

Do you just repost from reddit as your thing?

No, I subscribe to the Daily Telegraph’s odd news section in my RSS reader. That’s where I saw this link appear.

If I find something on reddit, I always, always, always hat tip reddit.

I know some redditors suspect that Neatorama authors just lift reddit content without attribution. I can’t speak for the others, but I don’t do this.
